An Adult PAIR of competitors can run together; where only one competitor is required to meet all Previous Experience Requirements upon entry. The Adult PAIR must stay together at ALL times on the course.

Short Course allows a SOLO Adult (parent/legal guardian) to run with 1 Junior competitor (over 14 yrs); where only the parent/legal guardian is required to meet all Previous Experience Requirements upon entry. The ADULT/JUNIOR Team must stay together at ALL times on the course.

1st mixed team prize – highest 3 results from the same team/club to count and a ‘mixed team’ must contain at least 1 female in the highest 3 results.

Start from near Ogwen Cottage (GR 651601), finish Yr Wyddfa Summit (GR 609543). Main Race Registration - Padarn Hotel, Llanberis LL55 4SU for coach transport to start. NO REGISTRATION AT START
