Mixed terrain through farmland and wooded areas and country lanes. Supporting the delightful Trefonen Hill Walk Weekend. Please register at least 30 mins before the race. The start is approx. 500m from registration.

Safety information
The route has been marked with way-marker poles and fluorescent signs regularly throughout the course.
The course is mixed terrain on open roads. Underfoot conditions such as loose stones and muddy bridle paths may be hazardous and extra care is needed whilst out on the course. Two fences/stiles must be navigated before reaching the trig point on top of Mynydd Myfyr, these may be slippy if conditions are wet.
Report to marshal if in danger or requiring first aid.
Respect the natural environment and the landowners by staying clear of livestock.
